Please ensure you meet the following requirements:

Eligibility:

  1. Your order must include the Complete Whitening Treatment (Tooth Powder + Whitening Strips + Whitening Essence).
  2. Follow the recommended usage instructions every day for 14 consecutive days from the date you receive your order.


Daily Photo Requirements:

Before using any DRSMILE products, take a front-facing smiling photo of your teeth with the shade guide card under natural daylight or white lighting. 


** Please avoid warm/yellow lighting, as it may affect the color comparison.


Day 1–7

Take a photo while wearing the whitening strips.


Day 8–14

Take a photo after using the tooth powder and whitening essence.

Please take your photos every night before bedtime.

Keep the same angle, lighting, and distance each day for the most accurate comparison.


Recommended Usage:

Day 1–7

Use the Tooth Powder daily.

Apply 1 pair of Whitening Strips each day (7 pairs in total).


Day 8–14

Use the Tooth Powder daily.

Apply the Whitening Essence daily.


**Important: The treatment must be used continuously for 14 days without skipping any day.


Refund Application Process:

To apply for a refund, please submit:

  1. Your Day 1 and Day 14 comparison photos (including the shade guide card).
  2. Your complete 14-day daily photo record.
  3. A completed refund application form, together with your order number, full name, and payment receipt.
  4. Return any remaining products (the Whitening Essence must have at least 70% remaining).

Refund Is Not Applicable If:

  1. The treatment was not used continuously or any steps were skipped.
  2. Daily photo records are incomplete or do not meet the required standards.
  3. The Whitening Strips or Whitening Essence were not used according to the instructions.
  4. A refund is requested based only on personal opinion without valid before-and-after comparison photos.
  5. The Complete Whitening Set was purchased through an unauthorized seller or non-official channel.
